______________________ recently transferred into our School District. Please send us copies of all
of ______________â€™s school student records, both permanent and temporary.
Illinois law requires that you send these records to us within 10 calendar days:
When a new student applies for admission to a school and does not present his
school student record, such school may notify the school or school district last
attended by such student, requesting that the studentâ€™s school student record be
copied and sent to it; such request shall be honored within 10 days after it is
received. 105 ILCS 10/8.1(b).
